any good salsa takes time to make, and the longer it sits, the spicier it gets. My friend Victoria was in Mexico for a year and she came back hotter than ever. I was sad to see her go, but understood she needed to be there for her family. I'm more than glad she is here again now for her other family here, including me and Sonya. We might look very different but like the mix of ingredients in any good dish, its not where we may come from but how we blend together that makes us muy picante :)
