Gold Save the Queen

just some pics from the recent Queen of the Universe Pageant, back in November. Pageants are the social highlights of the scene in LA, when everyone is in their best dress and on their best behavior. This year, sadly, we only had one with the usual Queen USA pageant not being held for some reason. But if we had half as many, the one we did have was twice as good. I had a great time with a lot of friends, including my great friend Danielle Foxx and her best friend Roseann, Marla Bendini, who I really adore and miss since she returned to Singapore, and the always gorgeous Tuesday, who I also have adored since we did a pageant or two together a few years ago. Only one girl got the crown at the end of the nite but I think every one there was royalty.

50 Followers!

What better way to mark the 250th post on this blog. I started it on the spur of the moment with no real expectation it would ever develop any momentum. But it did and its taken it here, with 50 followers, 250 posts and hundreds of views each day and with more and more people I meet in public, like Steve at the Oxwood last nite, telling me they love to check out what the Katt dragged in. So thank you to all my friends, like Scott and Ben and Dave and Michael and Sparky for putting up with my all photo whoring each week and to all my great girlfriends who stand by me in photos and in real life, and to every and anyone who has supported this blog with your views and comments. I don't know who the next 50 followers will be, or where the next 250 posts will lead, but I'll try to stay on the ball to keep this a fun and current and positive place and to have more things to bring to the table to keep earning more of the much appreciated respect and attention shown to me so far.
