Madonna's birthday

If you were wondering where's the party, it was at Hamburger Mary's on Madonna's birthday. I didn't even realize her picture was in the background when I posed for it. I'm only the material girl, if it happens to be felt :) For those asking who's that girl, its my very good friend Sabrina. It was Tuesday and not a holiday, but we were still causing a commotion. I'll stop now, since I know these puns are pretty borderline :)

Tribe and True

She has been the hostess of LA's best TG clubs forever, is a world class entertainer, who has performed with Cher and Gloria Estefan, and has been in movies and on television shows. But more important than that, to me, she has been a true friend and mentor and mother to me and to many other girls in the scene. We are her tribe and she is our inspiration.

my good friend Sparky Snakeden has started a great new blog and included me in it. Its subtitled behind the scenes in transsexual porn, and Sparky is truly there for a lot of movies and photoshoots, but more than being behind the scenes, he is behind every girl in that he has their back and is always front and center for them. I'm in lines but never in line at Hamburger Mary's in Long Beach, where my friend Jamie is gracious and generous to have me on her VIP list. I'm grateful for this, even if it's a small perk, since everyone is treated like an A lister at all of her parties. She really does do an amazing job!



I'm may not wait in line but don't mind lining up for some photos. That's me and my great friend Sabrina and then one with another friend Lucy, from Hollywood, with her friend. She is one of the most beautiful girls in the scene, and the guys were lining up to meet her!

The beat Goes on..

but for the last time this month on the third Saturday each month at the Rhythm Lounge. Starting in October, the party will be at Hamburger Mary's and will be the first Saturday. The people are what make this event special, not the calendar or the location and Jamie and all the girls and all their supporters will keep it a night that can't be beat :)
